There is a larger selection of sale properties currently on the market, giving you more choices across a wider array of styles, locations and price range. The recent shift to a less intense and more balanced sale market allows for a more casual pace of decision making on the part of buyers. It also means that more sellers may be inclined to negotiate a sale price in the current market than they may have been in the recent sellers’ market.
